Msemen | Moroccan Pancakes

Msemen is a fairly flaky, square-shaped crispy Moroccan pancake (Rghaif) that are made from a combination of plain wheat flour and semolina and have a slightly oily texture.
Msemen is square shaped; make it round and it’s called Meloui!
It is eaten for breakfast and also in the evenings with Moroccan Mint Tea but most importantly they are delicious! I would travel back to Morocco just to eat these!
